We at Willing Spirit Exercise are offering a range of personal training and fitness classes for those wanting to discover a healthier, fitter, better version of themselves. No matter if you are 16 or 86, our 1-2-1 sessions and fitness classes are designed to suit everyone. Sessions are taken by expert trainer Jo Asplin who is very friendly and approachable yet professional and knowledgeable. She has even been nominated in the Muddy Awards celebrating the very best local businesses in Berkshire.

1-2-1 SESSIONS They are specifically tailored to every individual, so that we can work towards your own personal goals.

FITNESS CLASSES: None of are sessions are identical and the exercises are adapted so that both beginners and experienced trainers can exercise along side each other. We guarantee that everyone will leave at the end of the session feeling like they have achieved a good workout!

‘FIT FOR ME’ SHAPE UP: This is a 21 Day plan to help get you to move, and to look & feel better. This is a Ladies only class. You will get 2 beautifully designed sessions a week, to get you feeling strong and moving better. Plus we offer a simple, effective nutrition plan for you to follow which will not leave you feeling hungry.

‘LEARN TO USE’ SESSIONS: These are beginner classes designed to teach you how to use certain gym equipment such as the TRX.

POUND: Become one with the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines a range of cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements.

BUGGY BEAT This is an outdoor cross training fitness class for parent and baby. Mums can come with their babies in buggies and train along side them and get fit.

‘FIT FOR ME’ MUMS: These are one-to-one personal training to help you keep healthy and active, and to help you reach your own fitness goals.

ANTENATAL FITNESS: These are one-to-one sessions designed to keep you fit and healthy during your pregnancy.

Founder Jo Asplin, is a qualified NVQ Diploma Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Exercise Referral Instructor, Level 3 in Ante and Postnatal Exercise, Level 4 Certificate In Physical Activity and Weight Management for Obese and Diabetic Clients and qualified Fitness Pilates Instructor and Move It or Lose It FABS Instructor (exercise for over 60s).
